														  | Neighbor Helping Neighbor The City of Concord is offering an easy way for you to participate in a program   			called Neighbor Helping Neighbor.  			Donations can be made in three ways: rounding up your monthly bill to the nearest dollar amount;   			a one-time donation; or by setting a monthly donation amount.  			Your contribution is tax-deductible and will be forwarded to CCM to assist our neighbors,   			family and friends who are experiencing, for the first time,   			the effects of layoffs, downsizing, lower income even foreclosure and   			repossession of their belongings.
